Court Claims

Parking Companies issue thousands of court claims per year.  These are issued normally by the following firms 

• Parking Eye
• Excel Parking 
• VCS
• BW LEGAL (solicitors)
• Gladstone Solicitors
• DCB Legal (Solicitors)

If you have received a court claim you will need to act quickly and we can assist immediately in these circumstances.  We can ask the court for extra time to get a well written and individually crafted defence for you.

For £35 we will do the following

• Tell the court via an acknowledgement of service that the claim is being defended.  This gives an extra 14 days for the defence to be logged.
• Log a well written and individual defence
• Fill in and submit the N180 Allocation Questionnaire when the claim proceeds
• Assist in the writing of the witness statement
• Give guidance on the hearing itself
